Delivery and Shipping
Our fulfilment times are as follows:
Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are accepted and processed the same day, orders placed after this time are typically processed the following working day.
All products are shipped via Royal Mail and/or national, reputable couriers and will arrive with 5 working days.
Delivery options are available during checkout. Please double check your shipping address as once orders have been marked as shipped no changes can be made to your order. If you think you have made a mistake with your shipping address please contact us via phone on 01386 830848 or email us on here
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
– Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
-Be in the original packaging.
-Have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you via email on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
